4. Patient Data Handled for Clients

When we support a telehealth client we may access patient data on that client's behalf. In that role TOP acts as a data processor (or business associate under US HIPAA rules) and the client is responsible for its patients' privacy. We handle that data only under our written agreement with the client and its own privacy notice applies. Patients with questions about their data should contact their telehealth provider directly.
